Established in 2021, Armenian Wine Cellar is a subsidiary of Alfa General Trading, a Mediterranean foods distributor working in the industry since 1988. After working in the industry for over 30 years, we decided to take the next big step and import high-quality Armenian Wines, Brandy, Beer and Spirits and introduce them on a widespread scale in the UK market.

Why Armenian Wine?

As an Armenian I think it's important for every wine lover and collector out there to know about the high quality of the wines produced in Armenia, to discover the rich history of Armenian Wine and Vine varieties which come from a long line of viticulturists and winemakers. It has been a personal dream to be able to import wine from my ancestral homeland, linking my love of country with my love of wine. My hope is that anyone who discovers us can discover the unique nature of Armenian wine and is able to enjoy it as much as I do with my family.
